My compliment to you and Mercedes Benz Hawaii probably won't come as a surprise to you. I'm sure you folks are routinely showered with better compliments than mine. From the moment my tires roll up your driveway incredible things start happening, people are there ushering you into the service bay, immediately facilitating service, making things easy for you where possible, treating you with care, communicating thoroughly and accurately and this service report you sent me is outstanding. I love that it's an emailed pdf that details out what was done to my car and what you recommend and why. Now that is responsible and it's a document that I can work with until my next service visit. A lot of people don't buy Mercedes because they think they are expensive but matched with service like Mercedes Benz Honolulu has provided me with since I got my first Benz in 2005, I believe the total cost of ownership is less than it would have been with a lesser vehicle. And my Benz is safer and drives nicer than those other cars. Thanks again to you, MB Honolulu and Mercedes Benz Brand for providing the ultimate in driving experiences.
