Top notch. The service department was completely professional. They resolved my issue, washed my car and got me a loaner, a 2021 C300. 3/30 service was excellent. Reason I am giving a poor quality is when I got this car, no safety check was done and on Mercedes record, the name registered on this car as MCxxxx. Your service person had quality is when I got this car, no safety check was done and on Mercedes record, the name registered on this car as MCxxxx. Your service person had to search my record using the VIN #. The reason I had to come for service was I got a ticket for not having safety check. I leased this car beginning of May 2020, the safety check should have been done and it is supposed to be good for 2 years. However, there was no record it was done, no stick no paperwork. When I received the car from your dealership, I assumed you got all those important things done especially when I did not encounter this negligence for the last 15+ years. This negligence of not doing my safety check and have the wrong name on my account have tinted your excellent service. More
