Arrived at my appointment with Drew early but was helped right away. He checked on my car, found out the problem was I needed a new battery. Got the new battery and a car wash and was on my way. I took my car in for scheduled service and was promptly helped by Adrian, who kept me informed of progress throughout the day. Service is atrocious! ! I brought the car in for a leak in the run flat tire. They didn’t have the tire and said that they had to order it. It would take about a week. ! They should have offered us a loaner if they didn’t have the tire. They just told us not to drive the car which is not very practical. After a week they didn’t call so I tried calling them. I couldn’t get through so I left a voicemail. They didn’t call back. I called again a few days later and again had to leave a message. No return call again. I then left two e-mails for them to contact me but they never replied. When I finally got through to the parts dept 3.5 weeks later they initially said that they didn’t have the order for the tire. They finally found the order and said that the tire has arrived but they wouldn’t tell me how long they had it for. He transferred me to the service dept and of course I was given their voicemail. I left a message. This time they called back a couple hours later but by then I already made an appointment online. When I took the car to get the tire changed, it took them 4 hours to do this. I won’t get any more cars from Mercedes Honolulu. Worse service that I ever had for a car. Is this really a luxury car dealership?? More

I recently had my car serviced. Devin was the service professional I worked with throughout the day. Devin called when my car was ready for pick-up. He also stated, that he would not be in the office when I came because he was doing a test drive with another customer. He told me to go to the Cashier counter to pickup my car. When I arrived at the dealership, Devon was gone and there was a sign on the Cashier counter that they were out to lunch. And no one seemed to know the status of my car. After a while a service rep. had my car brought to the waiting area. This is my second Mercedes I have had serviced at MB of Honolulu since 2011. Over the years I have seen and experienced a decline in customer service. I gave a 3 star review for the following reasons: never offered a loaner in the initial process (luckily I had arranged a pick-up), confusion when I went to pick-up my car and the car was dirty (inside and out) when I picked it up. Customers used to be treated better in the past. I'm not sure what has happened over the years. Unfortunately, I have to recommend the location because it is the only MB dealership on the Island. More
