Expedited Service Brought my vehicle in for a warranty repair. I informed Julio the Service Writer that my schedule changed and I needed to be out ASAP. Overall experience and service is not good Hi, I purchased new car by Mid March 2019. Part of the deal, there were additional accessories agreed by dealership. Those accessories were not available at that time and dealership promised to get the same on priority and install. No update received from dealership for 3 to 4 weeks. I have visited dealership and they promise to check and update next day, but again no response from them for another 1 week. I again visited dealership to enquire about the same and had multiple phone call. After 2 weeks of followup, I was informed most of the accessories are ready except one which will take another 10 days :-(. This is very strange and disappointing. I discovered technical issues in Media equipment of my car. Mobile apps connected to Car media gets paused automatically at random. There were multiple leading apps e.g. WhatsApp, Utube, leading news channel apps and not working well. Apparently never had such issue with my old car. Same was shown today to the product manager at dealership today. He did some checks and discovered the issue does exist and validated the same by connecting different types of mobile phones to my car. Another small thing which is not expected from high end car brands like Mercedez. I bought original Mercedez Benz mobile charger for car. When you fit that into charging slot, storage cover does not get closed as length of charger longer than needed and act as obstacles. I was not expecting such issues in new Mercedez Benz :-( which is expected to have extremely high quality standard. This is already informed to dealership, but based on experience so far i am not sure how these issues will be addressed.......I need to wait and watch for next few days. I will have to right a review OR email to Mercedez Benz head office for sure expressing my dissatisfaction about the product issues discovered and overall experience i had so far. Untrustworthy I purchase two Brand New 2016 C Class from there 3 years ago. What’s worst is the customer service and untrustworthy service this service dealership has. I went in to get 4 new tires for my car not even a year before I had gotten it, and I talk to the service advisor about this. I worked with Jason Ehret. He told me to get all-season tires. I asked him if I could return the car with tires since it was a lease car and he said yes. I believe him because that is what one does when working with a service department you have to trust them hoping they are being honest with you. Well he lied to me because now 3 years later after the pre-delivery inspection was done. Mercedes Benz is charging me for 4 brand new run flat tires. I’m not happy that because I was lied to I have to now pay almost $1500. If I would have known the truth from the beginning I would have gotten run flats. I called their Service Manager Bob Sullivan, and he took weeks to get back to me just to tell me they will not do anything for me unless I get a car from them again. Like what kind of customer service is that? I got 2 cars from you guys and you want more of my money when all I’m asking for is help with replacing my tires. Please people do not go to this dealership for anything at all. I felt disrespected by the company overall because that is who he represents. I do not recommend this place at all. I recommend you to go elsewhere unless you want to be lied to and mistreated. There’s plenty of other luxury brands or Mercedes Benz dealerships out there. More
The Best or Nothing I am an employee but I’m also a client that has purchased over 10 cars in a 14 year span from MW as well. With that being said 7 of which have all been Mercedes-Benz and all services at MB/HE. I feel obligated as a paying customer to praise both the Service Manager Robert “Bob” Sullivan and my Service Advisor Jason Palmer. As a brand that promotes; “The Best or Nothing” then I choose Bob & Jason on each & every service visit! They treat me with the upmost respect & professionalism which in my view point always needs to be acknowledged & recognize! Job well done guys; appreciate the A+ service, always! Thanks for everything!!! More
