My service rep, Ky, was excellent at communicating with me each day. It took from Monday to Friday to complete my service list because certain parts had to be ordered. Ky provided a loaner vehicle and did his best to get the parts to the dealership. Everything was excellent with the exception of the bumpers. My major disappointment is with Mercedes-Benz on the design of the CL550. Both my front and rear bumper intermittently become loose and the bumper detaches and has to be pushed back in place, including sensors. The solution offered was to out source this repair to a body shop. Mercedes should fix there own design flaws. More
I don't know where to begin, this dealership jumped through hoops for me. I actually purchased my car from Barrington Mercedes Benz (which was an absolute disaster) I had issues with a repair that had through hoops for me. I actually purchased my car from Barrington Mercedes Benz (which was an absolute disaster) I had issues with a repair that had been done to my car prior to my purchase (yes it was new) they denied the repair and really did not want to be bothered with dealing with it. So for Hoffman estates Mercedes to step up and take over and treat me the way they did was fantastic! They picked my car up and took care of everything, returned it to me like brand new. A real class act! Cathy got the ball rolling and after the service manager found out what happened to me he had Julio take care of everything! Thanks so much for all your help. I know where my next Mercedes will come from. More

I would have complained in person but I was running late after I spent 2-1/2 hours in the service department waiting for a oil change I had previously scheduled. Now, I don’t mind paying $350 for a service after I spent 2-1/2 hours in the service department waiting for a oil change I had previously scheduled. Now, I don’t mind paying $350 for a service IF the service is actually performed. After today I wonder if my oil was even changed. I asked my service advisor to check my hitch. He obviously forgot. I have parking sensors and blind spot sensors that do not work properly. I have a door latch that sticks. And my fog lights don’t work. None of these things were even brought up. They were even marked as working properly. My service advisor WAS quick to try and sell me new tires even though mine have less than 5000 miles on them. He also quoted me over $2000 for a new windshield since mine has a crack. ($800 safelite). It’s dealerships like this that make people afraid to buy a Mercedes. It’s dealerships and service advisors like this that make the typical Mercedes Dealership stereotype truth. I love my car. It drives like nothing I’ve ever driven. I just hope not all dealerships are like this. I could only imagine what they would do to an old woman. More
