bored and not helping employee dropping of my 2018 C300 for the B service was quick and easy. I called ahead of my appointment to make sure a loaner car will be ready and it was. Th dropping of my 2018 C300 for the B service was quick and easy. I called ahead of my appointment to make sure a loaner car will be ready and it was. The technician explained all the services required by MB and asked me if I would like to add anything to it. There was no pressure to get any additional service done and all was offered to me with the pricing up front -very unusual for a car dealership. A+ for the check in technician. However returning the loaner car and picking up my car on Saturday 5/2 was ... nicely saying very unprofessional not MB , not even Yugo service level. After drove into the service line I left they key from the loaner on the dashboard and since there was only one tech checking in another customer I took my paperwork and came in to the loaner vehicle office located at the service line bay...I should'n. There was a young lady sitting behind her desk with her computer turned off and way too busy texting on her cell phone. No good morning, no how are you, no nothing, not even looked at me. So I explained to her I would like to return the loaner and get my car back. Without stopping texting or even looking at me, she said "see cashier". Sorry lady I came to you office ans asked b/c I do not know your dealership procedures Went to see a cashier just to find out I need to be checked out from the loaner. Went back and same texting person told me "don't worry about it". Went back to cashier, paid over $800 dollars and was told my car will be ready for me in a minute. It was. Actually in about 3 minutes. While waiting for my car and standing next to the loaner office this young lady was still busy texting. Not only she didn't care she is behind a windows and customers can see her , but she won't put her phone down even when a customer is approaching her directly looking for help. My recommendation as a business owner. Please provide an additional training to her. Ask her to keep her computer screens on all the time while at work. Even if she is not busy. If texting at least do it under the desk not on the desk and when customer is standing next to her office or approaching her with a questions at least put the phone down and make an eye contact.
