Excellent service person, complicated list of items 2013 C300, 72,000 miles. Picked up and delivered car right on time, clean and wiped down for Covid 19 problem. Did 3 recalls as agreed. Conducted a B service, and because of low miles since last B service, saved some costs where appropriate and appreciated. Only issues are costs and confusing list of items discussed (Due to long checklist of passed, warning, and failed items. They are thorough and reputable. For most important services where Mercedes expertise is needed, I recommend them. More

The service bay was immaculate, the porters used and approved disinfectant in the cabin to ensure that the vehicle was returned free of contaminants. Matt my service advisor was excellent and patient- . He explained everything thoroughly and even ran the VIN to take care of some recall work . Price was fair and my car was returned washed and vacuumed (as usual) . Will return for my future car care needs. Thanks everyone and stay staff! Sam Patel Schaumburg. More
All They wanted you to do was sell was Up Sell you I brought my car in to get services as the tires were pulling. I knew the there was an issue with the tire as I was losing air. NO, this is not the case I know stop trying to sell me and your $2k fix and research the problem. No, this is what you need. Told them to give me back my car. If they would have looked and actually inspected my car, mechanics 101 class. First screw in tire, then I lost a weight on one of my tires, then my tires only has 35 psi in them when the car recommendation is 44 so my tires needed air. They did not bother to even check. So $88 later my car is totally fine, from a place that I brought it to my self that did it 20 minutes and was honest!! Hey, there are nobes on tires that tell you the grade of your tires when you are due for new tires as well and mine are perfectly fine. I guess they thought I was stupid. You spend a lot of $$ on a well made car and then this happens. You should get ultimate care and service not this! Nothing was checked if you do not even know to put air in the tires. More
