So much so that we went back for our last 2 purchases and all our service. I have yet to be disappointed. Most recently we purchased our E class. The car has been great. Clayton made the purchase experience easy and stress free. When it was time to go into the finance office to sign the papers Jose made that process easy as well. The entire experience was neither high pressure nor pretentious. I would definitely recommend MBHE. More

GLK 350 transfer case issue My 2013 GLK 350 was purchased, and continues to be, serviced at MB of Hoffman. Brought the car in for scheduled service and asked Jason to also check My 2013 GLK 350 was purchased, and continues to be, serviced at MB of Hoffman. Brought the car in for scheduled service and asked Jason to also check out a low speed rumble when turning. Unfortunately I was disappointed to learn that the transfer case was failing, not an inexpensive repair. Although the car was out of warranty, Jason contacted MB who agreed that the part should not have failed with such low mileage, 43,000 miles, and covered the parts for the repair. Thanks Jason, you and the team at MB of Hoffman provided true customer service and I will not forget it when we purchase our next vehicle. More

Raul Val I had a good experience with MB Hoffman Estates. Overall, the show room is nice, lots of vehicles to look at and everyone is rather friendly. Raul Valle was my vehicle consultant and from the beginning he was very attentive and was never too pushy as some car salesman can be. I had exchanges with Raul for quite some time and he was extremely responsive to all my emails/texts/calls. We made a deal and even after I got my car, he's still responding and answering any questions I may have. I also negotiated the price with Frank Paganis and he was fair in his pricing and understanding so no complaints about him. I did had to wait quite some time for my vehicle to come in (about 2 months) as it was a custom build which is understandable but the only slight complaint, if you can even call it that, was that I never got an exact date on when the vehicle would arrive and it seemed as if it was pretty much guess work. I just felt that the dealership should be able to track a vehicle for a customer a little better but no big deal, maybe it's beyond their control. Regardless, not enough to take away from the rating. I would recommend MB Hoffman Estates to anyone looking to purchases a new vehicle and definitely recommend Raul Valle. More

Both times,hHe understood my needs very well and also the constraints. He does the best under the circumstances and given my experience, I would think he has quite a few repeat customers. I could bring my car back. They sell over 1000 cars a month. Thanks for the info Lou. This does not change the experience. Some should only ask for their keys back once The following email was sent to Mick Austin (Partner CEO) Kelly Rodriguez (finance manager) Margie Gallagher (guest relations) Lou Floros (sales manager) Stephanie Smith (car sales) All employees from Motor Werks Automotive. I understand there are two sides to every story; but, ethics, customer service and empathy, this dealership does not offer. I must be getting old because I believe in taking care of the customer, not closing a deal and a sale for the month. I was offered to bring the car back. Or some car washes from Mick Austin (CEO/Partner) If you choose to shop here, best of luck! Just make sure after your appraisal that you get your keys back...... Here is my email Kelly, I would like to take the time to address the actions and lack of professionalism, with yourself, and manager Lou Floros. I am how appalled how my wife, Jennifer was treated by YOU and the staff at Mercedes Benez of Hoffman Estates. On multiple occasions Jennifer asked for her car keys back, and apologized for wasting everyone’s time, but instead she was given the run around tactic of the typical used car salesmen that everyone has grown to loathe. Instead of respecting her wishes and giving Jennifer her keys back, she was left waiting. Lou gave Jennifer the idea that he was doing us a favor for Aaron Zielinski the GM at Porsche of Monterey California, with whom he has never dealt with. Kelly Rodriguez, claimed she needed 800$ extra to get Jennifer’s loan approved, on top of selling her a 900$ gap insurance policy that is strictly voluntary, did Kelly say that? No, did she say it’s voluntary ? No! could have this saved her the 800$? Yes! On top of all that, Kelly told Jennifer, Bank of American denied Jennifer’s loan, but not to worry, Kelly did her a favor, with a loan and insane interest rate of 9.9%. But in Kelly’s words, “Jennifer just make 5-6 payments then refinance with your credit union”. What a joke. Kelly Rodriguez forgot to tell Jennifer that, in that time Kelly makes all her upfront money for the deal she put together. Kelly I hope you enjoyed this! I have a loan from my credit union, Central Credit union of Orland Park has approved my loan in the payoff amount for the car. Oh and get this, it’s 3.2% for 72 months. Don’t worry Kelly Rodriguez, I will be sharing this on Dealer Rated, Yelp and Facebook! Lucky for you I have a lot of time on my hands. It’s a shame, instead of making a few extras dollars and doing the right thing, you saw a female walk in that was unsure of how to buy a car. Lesson learned on my end. Next time go with my wife, and walk her through the process. Central Credit Union of Orland Park will be mailing a check this week with the full payoff amount.
