I had previously visited the dealer a year ago and spoke to an nice manager by the name of Kevin, and little did I know he would remember me a year later. My wife and I worked with a wonderful sales rep named Carlos who made us feel comfortable about purchasing a Sprinter by not pressuring us into a purchase and informing us of all the ins and outs of owning a Sprinter. Then when it came down the the decision, Kevin and Carlos did everything they could to make us feel that our business would be appreciated and that we could take our time with the decision, even let us sleep on it for a night.
