I had previously visited the dealer a year ago and spoke to an nice manager by the name of Kevin, and little did I know he would remember me a year later. My wife and I worked with a wonderful sales rep named Carlos who made us feel comfortable about purchasing a Sprinter by not pressuring us into a purchase and informing us of all the ins and outs of owning a Sprinter.
