Service department ok , scheduling ok but when you got your car back , you have to check for damages, little scratches, I have few times problems and adviser in my case Jason Palmer ( I cannot get rid of him I don’t know why) , don’t care at all . He don’t even call you back ( last time ) I still use their service but I won’t recommend to my friends. If you have go there don’t work with Jason More

I had the fortune to work with Ronnie. He was prepared (I had called ahead) with any and all information I had requested. Answered all questions in depth. Ronnie was respectful, diligent, and kept things moving without being pushy. Kelly in finance really worked hard to find the right set of options to get % and payment where I needed it to be. Kelly offered real, honest answers and had an ability to utilize all tools available at 9:00 p.m. to complete the transaction. Kelly is a true professional that I’d request next time. After finance was finished Ronnie pulled my trade in up to garage and offered a couple nice cloth bags to help me move things from one car to the other. Even after I had pulled out of the garage and parked to set up and famiarize myself with controls at 9:30 he stuck around and made sure I was all set and left behind me. Really a great guy with the right attitude. Everyone, in fact, treated me as well as Ronnie from start to finish. Left feeling good about my decision. Left feel great about the experience and the deal I got on a car! A 2016 E400 fully loaded with 3,000 miles for a steal. Got all the room and motor I really wanted in the budget I had in mind. My husband bought a Mercedes GL 550 which was used. Two days after the purchase there were a few issues that were appearing on the boards and my husband contacted Stephanie right away. She immediately set up an appointment to see what could be done. They took the car in service and I was given a loaners car for the time frame the car was at the dealership. The car was fully inspected again and they fixed all the issues and even checked for more. We did not pay any extra money for ANYTHING! I was offered a new 2018 Mercedes GLE as a loaners car without any warnings or anything. Also the tech adviser, Wojciech was great. So overall our experience was wonderful! And I am happy with my birthday present! More

We had been searching for a 4x4 Sprinter for a camper conversion for almost a year, and we Ronnie, our salesperson, is one of our new favorite people! We had been searching for a 4x4 Sprinter for a camper conversion for almost a year, and we finally found the one. We live in Oregon, so the first part of the process was done over the phone/email. Ronnie and his colleagues were incredibly responsive, checked in with us often, and made us very comfortable flying out to Chicagoland knowing it wouldn’t be a wasted trip. When we arrived, we had a car waiting for us at the airport. When we got to the dealership, everything was taken care of for us—Ronnie even took our van to the police station for the VIN inspection our home state requires. Jose Gomez, our finance person, was wonderful as well. We talked extra warranties and protection-he is a good salesperson, but very polite and not pushy about anything. We enjoyed chatting with everyone during the whole process, and left so very pleased! Before we left, we got a quick tour of our new van - Jose Garcia was a pleasure, and gave us just enough information (we think he could tell we were itching to get in and drive!) 2000 miles later, we are back on the west coast and enthusiastically planning our RV conversion. We would very much recommend doing business with MB of Hoffman Estates—no pushy sales people, no surprises, and generally no shenanigans.
