The only problem was that we live 3 hours away and out of state. We gave it much consideration and were able to make a weeknight appointment with John Phelan, our Client Advisor, to see and drive the vehicle. John was very courteous and professional and was certainly not pushy or in your face. John was pleasant to work with and we were able to negotiate and even better price than what was advertised. The entire process only took about 2 hours and by 8:30pm were pulling out of the lot with our QX80. The car is immaculate and gorgeous, my wife absolutely loves it! Thank you, John. Untrustworthy I purchase two Brand New 2016 C Class from there 3 years ago. One of the cars came with 19 inch summer run flat tires that didn’t even last me 10k mil I purchase two Brand New 2016 C Class from there 3 years ago. One of the cars came with 19 inch summer run flat tires that didn’t even last me 10k miles. Continental Contisportcontact 5 SSR are the worst. What’s worst is the customer service and untrustworthy service this service dealership has. I went in to get 4 new tires for my car not even a year before I had gotten it, and I talk to the service advisor about this. I worked with Jason Ehret. He told me to get all-season tires. I asked him if I could return the car with tires since it was a lease car and he said yes. I believe him because that is what one does when working with a service department you have to trust them hoping they are being honest with you. Well he lied to me because now 3 years later after the pre-delivery inspection was done. Mercedes Benz is charging me for 4 brand new run flat tires. I’m not happy that because I was lied to I have to now pay almost $1500. If I would have known the truth from the beginning I would have gotten run flats. I called their Service Manager Bob Sullivan, and he took weeks to get back to me just to tell me they will not do anything for me unless I get a car from them again. Like what kind of customer service is that? I got 2 cars from you guys and you want more of my money when all I’m asking for is help with replacing my tires. Please people do not go to this dealership for anything at all. I felt disrespected by the company overall because that is who he represents. I do not recommend this place at all. I recommend you to go elsewhere unless you want to be lied to and mistreated. There’s plenty of other luxury brands or Mercedes Benz dealerships out there. More

We had a couple of broad options in mind but those were at a high-level. Gabe Estrada met us and kindly offered to help us identify a suitable car. He listened carefully to our requirements and budget, and then showed us some cars and purchase/lease options that matched our preferences. He was extremely courteous throughout the process and spent a long time patiently guiding us to identify a couple of cars. He took us for a test drive. After a few hours, we had decided on the vehicle we wished to purchase. Gabe next conveyed to the manager our budget and worked with him to bring the purchase within our budget. What we really appreciated about Gabe, was his courtesy and the fact that he never pushed us aggressively to buy a car. Yet, by being patient and listening carefully, he was gently able to guide to complete a purchase. Gabe is a great Brand Ambassador! The Finance Manager, Jose Gomez was also very helpful to bring our monthly payments to within our budget. He also provided exceptional help in guiding us to decide on purchasing an extended warranty and service warranty. Finally, Nasir Hussein helped explain the car features and operating method to us, and also help set up our MBConnect app. All in all, we found exceptionally high quality customer service at every step in the dealership.
