Mercedes Benz should be very happy to have a sales rep like Mr. Siemieniuk. I am sure his record of sales speaks for itself. The entire experience of leasing at the dealership was very pleasant and enjoyable. In fact, on our way home in the new car, my wife said she felt as if she was on vacation in some resort. Overall experience and service is not good Hi, I purchased new car by Mid March 2019. Part of the deal, there were additional accessories agreed by dealership. Those accessories were not available at that time and dealership promised to get the same on priority and install. No update received from dealership for 3 to 4 weeks. I have visited dealership and they promise to check and update next day, but again no response from them for another 1 week. I again visited dealership to enquire about the same and had multiple phone call. After 2 weeks of followup, I was informed most of the accessories are ready except one which will take another 10 days :-(. This is very strange and disappointing. I discovered technical issues in Media equipment of my car. Mobile apps connected to Car media gets paused automatically at random. There were multiple leading apps e.g. WhatsApp, Utube, leading news channel apps and not working well. Apparently never had such issue with my old car. Same was shown today to the product manager at dealership today. He did some checks and discovered the issue does exist and validated the same by connecting different types of mobile phones to my car. Another small thing which is not expected from high end car brands like Mercedez. I bought original Mercedez Benz mobile charger for car. When you fit that into charging slot, storage cover does not get closed as length of charger longer than needed and act as obstacles. I was not expecting such issues in new Mercedez Benz :-( which is expected to have extremely high quality standard. This is already informed to dealership, but based on experience so far i am not sure how these issues will be addressed.......I need to wait and watch for next few days. I will have to right a review OR email to Mercedez Benz head office for sure expressing my dissatisfaction about the product issues discovered and overall experience i had so far. The salesperson took no responsibility even though it was under wanrranty. About 4 days later needed to add more antifreeze and I email salesperson and they were not responsive. The car started given me problems and several months later I visited the dealer to find resolution. It was the worse experience for a customer as they did nothing to help. They asked me to see other dealers with my car giving me problems and unsafe to drive. They offered no solutions and low ball me with a trade offer. I left and did business on another dealer with a very different approach relative to service. They called me to say “find a quote and we may participate in fixing it”. Please note “we may participate”. All I asked was for them to inspect the car and work something out relative to the issue but they refused to help. I lost money in the ordeal. I buy a lot of cars and I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. The staff if not responsive and worse of all they are not honest about their product. In addition, they take no responsibility for their actions. More

Poor followup. I knew going in that my deal would be difficult to do given the negative equity I have in my current car even thought I have excellent credit. I was looking at both Merecedes and Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. After a couple of calls and texts, the sales person basically ghosted me. I am a big boy and am well aware that my situation may not have been the best, but a little follow up just to say sorry but I checked all avenues and there is nothing we can do at this time would have been sufficient or xxxx even lie to me and say you check everything. What has happened now is that when I am ready to trade, and it will be into an Infiniti or Mercedes, I will look at other dealerships. More
