They basically gave me a lemon car . I brought a Audi Q7 2 015 on Dec 15 th of 2018 and after one month all the front end lights went bad and after two months battery also went bad .Now my mechanic find out th 015 on Dec 15 th of 2018 and after one month all the front end lights went bad and after two months battery also went bad .Now my mechanic find out they bypass the brake pad sensor. Put electric tape around the sensor wire and bypass it. Spend already couple of thousand dollars already.I don't recommend anybody going to Motor weeks dealerships. More

Not in a Prius Anymore I'd been driving a Prius around for the last 7 years, because it worked... and then didn't. In need of a new car I shopped around and decided on an S-Class. Like a rags-to-riches story, but not really. It's "just" a car. What is rags-to-riches is this dealership. All the other dealerships are rags compared with this one. From my first interaction through the last, I felt a sense of care and attention one gets through family. Gabe Estrada guided me through picking a car. I actually picked one, and then after filling out all the paperwork, decided on another. I recommend that you be sure the first time, but at least you know these guys have some patience to speak of, unlike other dealerships. Tom Herwehe and Thomas May made sure everything was going well for me throughout the process. Down-to-earth guys with a lot of experience at smiling and shaking hands. Jose Gomez worked magic for me in terms of getting financing done. Although I'm told he no longer works there, I'm sure Ms. Rodriguez is cut from the same fabric and will go above and beyond to get things done. Ammar Khan - not your typical GM. Typically, the GM only gets involved when there is a problem. The same happened here, so maybe a little typical. But what isn't, is that he got involved and got his hands dirty. I won't go into details, but to suffice it to say, MB Financial was not fun to deal with. Instead of being the wizard behind the curtain, he transparently did what he could. What he could, worked. Last but not least Nasir Hussain stayed late, showing me all the different features of the car - each more impressive than the previous. He was like a professor with a curriculum. The things he showed me first were prerequisites for the next features. All told, it was a good class, Professor Nassir. It wasn't an easy process. You can imagine Mercedes Financial being weary about someone who was driving a Prius and then going with a flagship six figure vehicle. Although I felt like I was applying for a mortgage, I understand the need for the process. It was a process that was thorough and detailed. A process that is evident throughout the Mercedes brand and its cars. A process that Hoffman Estates Mercedes delivers - thorough and detailed. You'll get treated like family, but feel like royalty. I have sent in dealership reviews and service reviews over the years multiple times. This is different. I basically dealt with Nina Gewargis. From the first telephone response to the moment we drove away in our newly purchased S 550 4matic, Nina was at our side, was understanding, sympathetic and was not pushing anything. She was letting the deal and the cars speak for themselves. Tom, the new sales manager, was also straight forward, and a great representative of MW.
