She has been in car business for a long time and it shows, she knows her stuff and gets it done. -The Mercedes experts were also very helpful running through all the features. -As expected all the cars were clean and well detailed. Cons: -LOTS of paperwork and hoops to go thru for out of state buyers -Had an exchange with Manager over price. He took a no way stance. I was disappointed due to the principle of the inflexibility with customer. Left a sour taste in my mouth. EVERYTHING in life in negotiable, especially if it means creating a long lasting relationship! It's a Mercedes dealer, everything is nice and taken care of and blah blah. I love my car and I love how helpful Kim has been pre, during, and post purchase. I recommend them if you work with Kim. She has my loyalty, but the dealer as a whole missed a chance to win a life long customer. More
