A few days before my purchase (when I was deciding between several cars in Chicagoland), I reached out to Tom May, the General Sales Manager. Tom spent nearly an hour on the phone answering my questions. Such a time investment by the GSM was exceptional and sent a strong signal which essentially sealed the deal for me. I then began the 8-hour drive to the dealership. At the dealership Nina (my salesperson), Tom, Jose Garcia (product specialist) and the other staff members were warm, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly customer focused. I also noticed that everyone around the dealership hustles to get the job done. Finally, the car is great! The GLE CPO was delivered in outstanding condition. More

Worst buying experience ever Gabe our sales representative was wonderful and offered us outstanding service. The rest of the Sales process was miserable. We made arrangements on Wednesday to drive up Saturday to look at the car. Imagine my surprise when I get an email Friday at 5:37 pm that they WILL NOT take my check because I live in Iowa but they will accept cashiers checks, or bank wires. After several phone calls expressing my dissatisfaction with their communication skills we still decide to Hoffman Estates to view the car. We negotiate a deal on the vehicle, we tell them we’ll go get a bank cashiers check and finish the transaction. These unprofessional people tell us they can’t accept certified bank cashiers check from out of state. We explained that the bank is in Elgin, Illinois ( 20 minutes away ). We’re then told they would not accept payment that way either. The only way was to finance the car through them or wire transfer funds. We drove home. Monday morning 9 AM I wired the funds to their bank. I sent them copies of the transfer documents & account numbers called and confirmed this was what the needed. I called Tuesday morning to confirm that I was coming to get the car and was told all was good. When I arrived I immediately was given some run around about there being problems with their bank in Texas not releasing the funds to them. I replied that that was not my problem but it was theirs, but it still took another 2 hours to resolve. More
