When I came in from out of state, the car was pulled up front, waiting for me, had been prepped and was ready to go home with me. I've bought at least a dozen cars in my lifetime and this is absolutely the first buying experience that felt really easy, comfortable and I feel like I got a great deal. Outstanding experience! Although I live 100 miles away from the Hoffman Estates dealer and probably pass 5-6 other Mercedes dealers on the way, I will go out of my way to work with this dealer and sales person again. More
