I purchased a vehicle from them and I have to say that I had the worst experience purchasing a car ever. Matt McGinn was the salesman who assisted me. This guy made zero effort in order to be nice and make had the worst experience purchasing a car ever. Matt McGinn was the salesman who assisted me. This guy made zero effort in order to be nice and make the experience pleasant for me. He was extremely unfriendly and kept the sales process quite boring the whole time. like you cant be nice and sociable what are you doing in sales. He did not explain the product and all he did was showed me what they had on their website and took me for a test drive which he kept quiet the whole time and I was the one who was making an effort to make a conversation. So I test drove the car and agreed on the price which came down to how sneaky and untrustworthy this dealership and it’s management is. They never told me about the interest rate and kept it quite as a planned game to get me inside the finance office where a very unfriendly women who looked like was pretty miserable doing her job processed my Transaction and I had to ask her so what interest rate am I getting and so she answered and I told her hey if you guys are selling my loan to a bank or union 2% lower than what I’m going to pay and she gave me some none sense answer and I was naive enough to fall for it. FYI dealerships sell your loan 2% lower than what they present to you to banks and unions and as long as you’re not willing to walk out in the middle of the deal they are not lowering that 2% extra that they bank into their own pocket which I have learn how to do now. Bottom line do not trust these people. so not only you overpay for the cars that you buy from them With all the bad attitude you have to endure from their staff but you also pay 2% of what you finance to the dealership as a part of the deal. They do not even have the courtesy to make an effort to be nice for the money you give them. Although I have to admit that the sales manager was pretty nice but even that did not make my experience less unpleasant. Watch your back when dealing with these people!!! More

It's A Beautiful Car This happened the last week of October 2019. During the process of purchasing a used high end vehicle from the dealership, I was informed that it had This happened the last week of October 2019. During the process of purchasing a used high end vehicle from the dealership, I was informed that it had been certified. Luckily, I insisted on taking the car to my own mechanic before purchasing. My mechanic found several issues with the car ranging from 1) Identifying where car had been in 2 accidents(not on carfax) and bad bondo work had been done in order to cover it up one of the areas(I never heard of bondo until this experience) 2) Water in rear tail light caused by back panel not aligning properly .. taillight assembly had been replaced twice from the carfax but the underlying issue was not fixed 3) Warped rotors causing pulsation when braking 4) Separation of front grill. All of these items had to be addressed and when I notified my salesperson, she said "We have master certified techs and does your mechanic have certification? Because he probably doesn't know what he's talking about." I told her, he didn't need any certification to see the problems wrong with this car. After getting her manager involved, they agreed to fix all of the problems. I went back a few days later to pick the car up and 2 of the main issues were not addressed. The salesperson tried to get me to drive the car home and bring it back in later which I refused. She tried to take advantage of me at every turn of the way. She kept saying, "Its a beautiful car" but she never said or did anything about several issues. I had to demand all issues be addressed. Instead of her asking how can we address your concerns, she basically attacked my mechanic and called him a liar. Buying a car should be a pleasant experience and you would expect the salesperson to go out of their way to ensure a good sale. This was by far the worse experience I have ever had in purchasing a car and I plan to never go to this salesperson again. Had it not been for the fact that I need another car, I would have never gone thru this experience. Update 1st Week of November 2019: The General Manager and a few other people from the dealership contacted me and were able to save my sale by stepping in and taking over the delivery and inspection part of my vehicle. They went out of their way to ensure that I was 100% happy and I'm very grateful for that. I have my car and I love it. More
