Super excellent service! I came in just to know my options if I can afford to purchase the cheapest priced MB. I came out of this dealership driving one home. The Sales con I came in just to know my options if I can afford to purchase the cheapest priced MB. I came out of this dealership driving one home. The Sales consultant Piotr Siemieniuk has been very gracious and respectful of me as a client in asking questions about the different types of models that I was interested in. He provided all the information I needed to know. He was not aggressive but gave us time to think, review our options and gave us the pros and cons of buying against leasing. We ended up leasing and came to an agreement of putting money down to pull down the monthly payment which we can afford. The Sales Manager Matt McGinn also has been very helpful in clarifying the difference between buying and leasing and the advantage of having an MB which can be affordable and comparable to our Honda Accord car. We ended up test driving the A series which is on a lease special that day. Very good, professional, not too aggressive sales people! More

Honestly with the whole process of the purchase of the Lexus RC350 at Mercedes, it was not a very pleasing. I was in very unhappy with how management and Finance Dept was behaving during the process. Mana Lexus RC350 at Mercedes, it was not a very pleasing. I was in very unhappy with how management and Finance Dept was behaving during the process. Manager that was arrogant and rude, whom made me feel like he doesn’t want me to make a purchase. I was called in to come sign the document for the car and I went to the manager whom helped me with a friendly smile. Asked to take a look at the car again, he looked straight at my eyes and told me someone is interested in the car and test driving it but it turned out Nona walked up to me and told me the car is on the lot and no one was looking at it. Now as for the Finance Dept that was handling my whole process acted like I’m wasting her time and rushing me to sign my documents. I will not mention anyone’s name but I do want to mention two wonderful staff that had my experience much better, Nina and Charlie. I’ve purchased my first Mercedes at this same location and came back to purchase with them. 2nd time was the most horrible experiences and it was my thought it will be the last time I purchase from this dealership. However, I had Nina, whom had been professional, nice, helpful and friendly to me. With the outcome of all, Charlie had made a better solution for all the worst to best. Now, I feel I can go back and be confident that the dealership will be there for me. Thank you Nina for making the whole situation better! You’ve earned my 5 stars rating. More

Today, 02/02/2020, we were returning home with a small child, and the rear left wheel fell off on the road! (SOS , Case No. 1418552). The right did not succeed, but also poorly fixed!
