Came in to complete oil change for $2,100 quoted by your staff. After keeping the car for 2 business days, as we drove on the highway the engine light went on. Took the car back to you. I was told the servi staff. After keeping the car for 2 business days, as we drove on the highway the engine light went on. Took the car back to you. I was told the service mechanic DIDNT PUT enough engine oil and this is why the light went on. Also the car was VERy unstable when rotation performed too. So that had to be completed again and tested as this was not tasted when completed the first time. So I was given my car in TERRIBLE condition w/o checking and doing what was shown on my receipt. I am very disappointed and upset w your services. Nobody called me to keep Me informed what is going on w the car and when it will be fixed. During my second pick up visit, Jason didn’t bother to come out of his office and talk to me. Beyond disappointed w how things got handled. More
