When the final choice was made we felt that the price we landed for our E450 coupe was more attractive than anticipated! Charlie in finance took his time to make sure we clearly understood all the financing options available to us, so we could make an informed decision. And last but not least Jose in the product delivery department sat with us explaining all the operating features of the vehicle. He was very thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. MB of Hoffman Estates worked hard to earn our business. We will be recommending them to our friends and definitely will us them for our vehicle needs in the future. More

I know it doesn't receive special treatment, no more than any other car whose service he manages. But Julio takes care of my car in such an extraordinary way. He is personable, caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. He communicates with me with extraordinary thoughtfulness.
