Horrible Customer Service Unacceptable! Stay away from this dealer! I have been trying to get new set of summer tires on my S 63 AMG for a week now. I requested tires pricing f Unacceptable! Stay away from this dealer! I have been trying to get new set of summer tires on my S 63 AMG for a week now. I requested tires pricing from Peter Ciesielski last Friday. I had to call him 3 times to follow up for it. After I get the price listing of the tires 5 days later, I asked what the total would be, and he basically suggested that I should calculate it on my own which I did. I called to order, got no answer, emailed him to call me back, no call back, so I had to call once again to confirm. Finally, he said, he will order them for next day delivery, Its now Friday, week later, no calls, no emails and I had to call him again to follow up. He said, tires wont be until Monday and I finally got fed up with his b.s. I simply feel like i was forcing this guy to work. They either have more than enough business that they dont need you, or they are simply unprofessional, careless and disrespectful towards their customers. Will not be going back to deal with them. Stay away, do not waste your time. More
