Extensive Service/Repairs I am a personal friend of several MB Hoffman employees since they have now become a Zeigler dealership. I brought my car in for several issues to be r I am a personal friend of several MB Hoffman employees since they have now become a Zeigler dealership. I brought my car in for several issues to be repaired under my Zurich warranty coverage. Robert, my service advisor, was super friendly and helpful. He made sure that Zurich would cover all of my issues. I took a loaner home, and he called me to inform me that a part inside my engine (wrist pins) were defective, and that it would be a very large service and should also be covered by Zurich. They also performed two recalls on my car on top of all of the rest. Robert called me several times throughout the two or two and a half weeks I had the loaner car giving me updates. When I picked the car up, it was just as clean as when I dropped it off, and the many issues I had with the car are now of course fixed! I am not sure who the tech was that worked on my car but he/she did a terrific job. There were a lot of things to fix on the car! Only a very, VERY small fraction of the total cost was not covered by Zurich and had to come out of my pocket. I was never more happy to actually SPEND money considering how much I had saved through my Zurich coverage! Robert was awesome through the whole process. This service dept (and the rest of the dealer) is top notch! (Unlike certain other Chicagoland MB dealers...) More

good rep, expensive,not totally happy. Robert is always helpful and pleasant. The costs are high. The batteries for the remotes should be a free item.
