I just picked up my 2011 E63 from MB of Hoffman Estates which I had special ordered after a 3 month wait. I worked with Mark Malartsik on the purchase. Overall, I had a great buying experience. At the same time, he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions about the car I was ordering and he understood the market dynamics well to help us arrive at a fair deal. He was also very good at keeping me updated throughout the long 3 month wait to get the car. My good experience extends to my dealings with the Sales Manager, John, and the Finance Manager, Peter, as neither I nor my wife ever felt pressured to buy anything we didn't want or need or ever felt uncomfortable through the whole process. He soon recommended a vehicle that was in stock. I viewed pictures and received a virtual tour explaining the condition of the vehicle. Matt was always patient and supportive throughout the process, answered all my questions and was amazingly non-aggressive. I soon felt very comfortable with Matt and confident to move forward.
