Mark was wonderful to work with. I live in Wisconsin and I had to communicate through e mails and he was happy to do it. He answered all my questions since I could not see the Mercedes myself. We drove down to Illinois paid cash for the car and left the dealership in about 1 hour. It was great! He knew that we didn't have a lot of time so he made sure that the car would be ready and detailed. The dealership is huge. When I first pulled up it seemed small until I went to the back of the building and it was the biggest Mercedes Lot that I have ever seen. Amazing selection, beautiful big showroom, great auto service area, waiting room was nice and clean with refreshments, and Mark did a wonderful job. He is patient, friendly, trustworthy and an all around nice family guy. I highly recommend this dealership and Mark! More

I visited various other dealers looking for a pre-owned BMW X5, and could not stand all the BS I had to deal with.
