Overall terrible experience with this dealer and Mercedes. Basically they would not fix my sunroof switch under warranty because I did not service the car there. There is no disclosure in warranty booklet with any manufacture the service is required by the dealer. They said I broke the switch where other Dealership exchanged it with no questions, and it was not broken just faulty. Wanted to charge me $1000 where part costs $267. Bought 2 cars there and will never buy another in fact after this experience with them and Mercedes Headquarters who by the way did nothing to resolve the issue I bought BMW. Will never buy another car form their group of dealers and I change cars every 2 years. More

I bought a 1984 380SE Mercedes from my cousin in 2007 and I bought a 1984 380SE Mercedes from my cousin in 2007 and I bought a 1994 300TE in 2009. After experiencing the quality of the ride of these prev I bought a 1984 380SE Mercedes from my cousin in 2007 and I bought a 1994 300TE in 2009. After experiencing the quality of the ride of these previous Mercedes Benz vehicles I knew that I wanted another Mercedes in 2012. I also knew that I wanted a Mercedes C320 0r C240 Wagon for my t-shirt business. There is just something about pulling up to a potential customer’s place of business and getting out of a Benz that makes a statement about you. After 4 months of internet searching I found a 2003 C240 Mercedes at Range Rover at Hoffman Estates. From the beginning each person I spoke to was courteous and professional. Once I was connected to Mary I knew that I was going to buy from them. She immediately established a rapport with me. I told her how much I wanted to spend and in 35 minutes we met each other half way and reached an agreement on price. I had the car shipped to me via a carrier and I was kept informed during the entire process. Even when the car was delivered the delivery guy had nothing but praise for Mary and the people at Range Rover at Hoffman Estates. Plus the car was so clean in and out that all of my neighbors commented on it. Furthermore when there was a problem with some wording on the bill of sale while I was at the DMV to get my tags; David faxed the proper paperwork and I received my tags without leaving the DMV. Now that’s service!!!!!! I would recommend this dealership to everyone and Mary; I will be back in 3 years to purchase a Range Rover”. Thanks for the great experience. More

I'm a mom looking for a used car that would be dependable and in a good price range. When I found this vehicle this Honda Pilot on line and saw where it was located, I must admit tha,t I was a little intimi and in a good price range. When I found this vehicle this Honda Pilot on line and saw where it was located, I must admit tha,t I was a little intimidated by walking into a Mercedes Benz dealer. But a good deal is a good deal so I went in on a Monday night. I met Larry, whom I had talked to on the phone earlier in the day, and he was a tremendous help in getting me financing and helping me navigate the car buying experience. For the first time ever I didn't hate buying a car. He even made sure I drove my car home that night because it just started to snow and the tires on my mini-van were AWFUL! I am extrememly happy with my experience, the vehicle and the price of my "new" Honda Pilot. I have told everyone I know about your dealership, the amenities of services (comfortable surroundings, free car washes) and Larry. From the moment I drove up in my beater mini-van and then walked through the doors I was treated exceptionally well. I realize I am just a small minnow in comparison to the other customers that walk in but I wasn't treated like that and that is truly a testiment to your motto! Thank you! Julie Amendt P.S. I highly suggest NOT going to this dealership. I have a 2011 C63 AMG and I needed a key made. Seems like a simple request. Apparently not. A friendly associate greeted me at the front and walked me back to 2011 C63 AMG and I needed a key made. Seems like a simple request. Apparently not. A friendly associate greeted me at the front and walked me back to the service desk. So far so good. Then for some reason they said I had to pull my car around the other side of the building. So I did. After pulling into the area as requested the service person on that side said I had to pull around to yet another side of the building. Here’s where it got bad. That forced me to back out of the “in” garage. Of course there was someone pulling in so that left me little room to maneuver. I ended up popping over the curb slightly with both driver side tires. And anyone that knows how easy it is to bend the alloy rims on a C63 AMG knows that this will cost me $250 dollars per rim. OK. Believe it or not at this point I was a bit annoyed but still pretty fine. I pulled around to the other side where a guy greeted me. I asked if he could help me make a key and he looked at me confused. So then I asked to see a manager. After waiting 5 minutes for the manager to come out instead the same clueless employee came back out saying he can take me to the manager. When I walked with him to see the manager (I’ll let you guess) – That’s right! The manager wasn’t there. At this point the clueless employee looks even more confused. At that point I decided to leave. All this said I now have intimate knowledge of the thee sides you can enter and exit the Hoffman Estates Mercedes dealership, (suspected) two bent rims, no key and one Mercedes Dealership that I won’t be buying my next Mercedes from.
