Phenomenal Service I have been on the market for a vehicle for a while and most definitely done my homework on many vehicles and compared many aspects to make the dec I have been on the market for a vehicle for a while and most definitely done my homework on many vehicles and compared many aspects to make the decision as well as I have been in car sales myself before so the customer service part was a huge aspect in the decision making process and I am beyond happy with everything I got at Mercedes Hoffman Estates. When I entered the dealership I was properly greeted and not overwhelmed with sales harassment. The sales person not only listened to my needs but asked questions to truly fit me into a proper vehicle as well as figure out a better option as far as financing and leasing. During the test drive I was shown many features of the vehicles that I did not know from the info I read online and the sales rep Zack Amato was very knowledgeable in the product which most definatley swayed me from Jeep Cherokee to Mercedes GLA Crossover which was a very tough choice because I originally like the Jeep better for personal use reasons. What added to the experience to make it a great one....phenomenal customer service did not end at the sales person. I was amazed who knowledgeable, pleasant, experienced, helpful and welcoming every representative in the dealership was: sales car manager, financing department and even the person that was delivering the vehicle. Granted I expected great experience due to it being Mercedes but having prior experience of purchasing a car at Mercedes Chicago and definetly must say its a breath of fresh air. Of course I must add that the vehicle itself is amazing and definetley helps people have their needs met and be able to afford it.
