The Mercedes experience was a great one, the staff was very informative, and from a financing perspective the team was quite flexible. Usually a car buying experience has negative connotations associated with it, however, in this situation everything was positive from my salesman (Nikhil Patel) to finance (James) and to my Product Concierge(Nina). The team was thorough, courteous, and very conscientious as to my needs and what I was hoping to accomplish. While there was a little pressure, it wasn't over the top and the experience was much different than your "typical sales experience." So to the team, thank you! and I love my new Automobile. More
