I got the car I wanted with absolutely no haggling or any pressure. I had the pleasure of meeting David Snyder, who in my opinion, is an excellent Sales Consultant. He was never pushy, just pleasant throughout the whole process. It was truly a wonderful experience. I was so happy with his professionalism and ability to answer all my questions accurately. I would also like to acknowledge the woman who was successful in finding me an APR that was lower than the one I was pre-approved for before I walked into the dealership. WooHoo! This was the highlight of the whole deal, particularly because it was unexpected. I'm sorry i can't recall her name but she presented the final paper work to seal the deal. I just want her to know that I really appreciate what she did for me and my pockets. One last thing, all of the staff that I interacted with were great. On that note, I would definitely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates, ANYTIME. More
Customer Service is below Average and not up to MB Standard I really didn't want to do this but I have had to come back and change my review about the purchase of my 2016 GLE 450 with 8,000 miles because I was I really didn't want to do this but I have had to come back and change my review about the purchase of my 2016 GLE 450 with 8,000 miles because I was looking to upgrade from my 2016 Porsche Macan S. David Snyder was extremely courteous over the phone and got me in within the hour without any hassles BEFORE my purchase. Austin greeted me at the door and kept me company before David took me on the test drive. He was very helpful and took the time out to ensure I was comfortable. I love my vehicle but unfortunately I'd say I regret purchasing this vehicle from this dealership because of multiple issues I encountered after the purchase! 1. They had agreed to assist in canceling the warranty on my Porsche (which was over $13k) , however I ended up having to do it myself after I signed the papers and it took almost 2 weeks to get the simple Odometer Declaration form I needed from them to cancel it myself. 2. They did not inform me that the tires on the 22' AMG wheels were bald AND Summer performance tires. Why is this important, I purchased the vehicle on 10/29 with winter around the corner so guess what? The first time it snowed I was scared and surprised that I was slipping and sliding all over the place. It cost me over $3,200 to purchase new wheels AND tires because there were no winter tires available to fit the tire size and I needed to keep my family safe. The sales rep should have been aware of this after I told them I have an expectant wife and wanted to keep my family safe. 3. They gave me a 30 day permit which expired around thanksgiving and made no attempt to rectify the issue even when I told the Finance Manager before the Christmas holiday that it was expired and I was driving my family to Philadelphia. NOTHING WAS DONE UNTIL I CAME TO THE DEALERSHIP on Monday 1/2/17 and find out almost 60 days after my purchase that the REGISTRATION had not been filed. This was UNACCEPTABLE! The title rep finally gave me the 90 day permit they should have given me when I purchased the vehicle. 4. I thought the above was the last straw but now I'm trying to cancel the $3,600 Wheel and Tire warranty because I don't want anything to do with this dealership anymore and I have received no response or update. This is my third Mercedes and I have always gone to the CHERRYHILL, NJ Mercedes dealership where they have impeccable service. It has not been the case here and I am both extremely dissappointed and angry at the level of service as it is certainly not worthy of the Mercedes-Benz Standard. At this point it is difficult to trust anything they tell me here and I'd advice anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to go elsewhere. More

Sylvia Dziuba exceeded our expectations and her customer service is second to none. She should be leading training workshops on how to provide customer service and professionalism to all the sales folks at Hoffman Estates. Probably all of MW locations! Possibly make a "Top Gun" from each location and create an elite sales advisory board in order to build best practices for your dealerships to shine and out-perform the competition. I have leverage wonderful talent like this in the past. Sylvia is that special in every way. She is not fakey at all and our family truly believed she had our best interest in mind! We are new to the area and she helped us believe we were in good hands at MW. We are telling everyone we know about Sylvia and MW. It's because of Sylvia that we purchased our car form you guys. She also introduced us to numerous other team mates and they all seemed awesome as well. I live in Houston and flew into Chicago to purchase a vehicle they had advertised online. From the first time I contacted their dealership, Dave Schneider was extremely helpful and if he couldn't answer my call right away he got straight back to me. I was shocked by the customer service of other dealerships I was trying to deal with, and a large reason for my decision to buy all the way in Chicago was great customer service and great prices. When I arrived in Chicago, I was greeted at the airport with a complimentary shuttle provided by Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates. It took the hassle of having to rent a car and find my way around away, which added to the great customer service experience. As with the nature of business deals, things sometimes don't go exactly as expected. I had really done my homework and there were some unexpected obstacles, but they handled everything very respectfully and in the end I am another happy customer! Thank You all :-) More

I will discuss this momentarily, but I first have to give FIVE STARS TO MY SALESPERSON, David Snyder. David is just about the friendliest (genuinely) person I have ever met, let alone at a car dealership. He was professional, courteous, and informative. He showed his passion for cars and explained all of the features in detail. I ended up purchasing a 2016 CPO E350 4MATIC from David a few weeks ago. The price negotiation and the paperwork all went smoothly with David. Unfortunately, the Finance Manager would prove to be the complete opposite of David. We had a seat with James Russo and were getting ready to sign the final paperwork. He started explaining all of the extended warranty options. We listened patiently until he finished and politely said "No, thank you." I was purchasing a 2016 car that I am not planning on keeping for more than 3 years, and the warranty that I already had would be for a total of 4 years. Right when I said that, James said "Are you serious?" I felt shocked that he would say such a disrespectful and rude statement to a client. I was then asked by him to explain why I wouldn't want it, and then he started talking about claims on my last car, which was older when I got it and had more miles on it. This car didn't even have 3000 miles on it. Anyway, as a result of this treatment, I lost my confidence in my decision. James' aggressivity was a way to pressure me into purchasing the additional warranty. I ended up doing so because of this, and I was very upset afterwards. I ended up filling a cancellation form, but now this is causing all sorts of problems with my loan. I was told by Mercedes that my monthly payment would remain THE SAME AS IT WOULD BE IF I WERE PAYING FOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY with a shorter term. I did not sign up for a shorter term with a payment higher than I budgeted for. I now have to try to refinance this loan after waiting for it to be corrected. I have had to call B of A and MB multiple times and wait forever on hold. This is why I rated the dealership 1 star. This interaction with James tarnished the whole experience of buying my car, and I now wish that I had not gone to this dealership. I expect to be treated with the utmost respect and like an adult, not a child. I have one more shoutout, and it's to the product specialist, James Collela, who was very pleasant to work with. I hope that the manager of this dealership will discuss this type of sales tactic with James, and I truly hope that the rest of the dealership does not encourage this type of behaviour. More

I wanted to trade my 2010 350 E Benz Coupe and get the Kelly blue book price I was after. In addition I got a discount on the car I purchased. I got 1.9% financing for 4 years. I discovered a hole in the carpet the next day and the dealership repaired it to my satisfaction. Ronnie Brazier did a good job and was very accommodating. More

Stay Away From Used Car Inventory I was sold an absolute USED CAR LEMON! Buying the car on May 31st, the check engine light came on after a week. I've had to spend $1,000 on transmissi I was sold an absolute USED CAR LEMON! Buying the car on May 31st, the check engine light came on after a week. I've had to spend $1,000 on transmission repairs, $800 on emissions failures. The car lost all power at an intersection with my daughter and we were almost t-boned. Today, I just recently had to take it to the shop to get my AC checked out and turns out it is leaking freon. So it just blows hot air. To get that assembly fixed, it'll be $1,800. I understand used cars are sold "as is" but I'm confident this car was just washed and NOT LOOKED AT BY A MECHANIC. Potentially $3,600 in repairs before I have to get my first oil change. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR USED CAR INVENTORY. I wrote and left a voicemail for John Kyriakopoulos - and of course silence. STAY AWAY!!! More

As soon as we walked into the dealership we were greeted by a smiling, friendly and very personable sales employee, Sylvia! She made us feel welcomed, no pressure, helped us find exactly what we wanted. We came back as we promised and wow, we felt welcomed and treated so well!! She brought over Manager John who was just as friendly. Even the Finance Manager, James Russo was fantastic!! We've bought many vehicles in the past but friendly, honest service was never close to what we received here. We know where we will be sending friends and family to get their Mercedes!
