I exclusively get my car serviced at Mercedes Benz of Hilton Head. Two weeks ago I had routine service scheduled and other issues were discovered. Charlotte went through each item to identify those repairs that could wait and which ones were most pressing. She even sent me a coupon to defray the expense. My car has well over 100k miles and thanks to Mercedes Benz of Hilton Head still drives like a dream. More

As the original dealer and service provider for a vehicle I bought in ANOTHER STATE, I contacted the service department (Delano) to inquirer about specific service performed. I received a prompt, courteous and professional response that was very helpful. So while not having a direct relationship per se, I would certainly utilize this dealership given the opportunity. I had my car serviced 3 times within a period of 3 months. The first time was a rip off. The second occurred three days later. The engine would not fire. It was towed and they determined the gas tank months. The first time was a rip off. The second occurred three days later. The engine would not fire. It was towed and they determined the gas tank was filled with gasoline instead of DIESEL. They put the blame on Kroger although my receipt shows diesel was pumped into my tank. Kroger will not admit liability. I would like to know if anyone was ever told that gas instead of diesel was in their engine. More
I have been using this service center for 5 yrs. My last service contact was James Hammond. This trip I found he was gone and there were all new people in the service dept. When I arrived I was told there service contact was James Hammond. This trip I found he was gone and there were all new people in the service dept. When I arrived I was told there would be a $115 fee to look at my vehicle, that would be applied to my repair work should I choose to let them do the repair. When I picked up my vehicle I was told that would not be the case because what I said was my "symptom" was not the actual problem. So this fee was added to my repair bill. I have never paid a "service" charge here before, and feel like I was ripped off. I will never return for service at this dealership. More

The pricing can seem a bit high, but honestly service fees should be a consideration when deciding to purchase any vehicle, so I would definitely not say that the fees are unfair for a Mercedes. Here's the bang your get for your buck that makes prices worth it: 1) Knowledgeable Staff 2) Prompt Service 3) Courteous Service Personel 4) Loaner vehicle 5) Car Wash and Vacum each visit This is a great dealership and will be the only one to service my Mercedes. I'm a single mom with many responsibilities and I appreciate the peace of mind I get when I drop off my car for service. I may not know what the mechanical issue is but I'm always certain it will be fixed. Our family highly recommends the dealership and staff of Mercedes Benz of Hilton Head. Michelle More

The service performed on my car was good (I think ) but I did not leave with the same satisfaction that I have had in the past at a Mercedes dealership. Living in the Northeast, I have seen it all and let me tell you, there is not much nice I have to say about my local dealerships in New Jersey Buying from Mercedes Benz of Hilton Head was a different experience. A member of the Mercedes Benz of Hilton Head team picked me up at the airport and gave me a ride to the dealership. The car looked and drove amazing and the sales team was great. I paid the agreed upon price, no hidden or last minute fees. They treated me like a valued customer compared to the Northeast, were people act like they are doing me a favor, by letting me buy a car and taking my money. It was an 800 mile ride home and I will gladly do it again when my wife needs to replace her Audi next year. Bottom line – if you are in the market for a Benz and don’t mind travelling, give Mercedes Benz of Hilton Head a try. You will enjoy the experience. More
