From Southport, NC to HH. Well worth the effort returned!!! My wife and I were looking to replace our BMW 650i convertible with E350 Cabriolet. In particular, my wife was very fond of the Quartz Blue color, wh My wife and I were looking to replace our BMW 650i convertible with E350 Cabriolet. In particular, my wife was very fond of the Quartz Blue color, which MB has discontinued as a new car color. I found a pair of E350's in the color and contacted Nelson about a possible purchase of one of these 2012 cars. We had previously owned a series of MB's over the past 20+ years. He was courteous, helpful and responsive in all our dealings with him. We were able to strike a deal on price in a matter of a day. When we arrived at the dealership from our home here in NC, Nelson and the team at HH MB had the vehicle out front, ready for my wife/I to test drive it, The buying process went very smoothly, and Nelson did an outstanding job of taking my wife through all the features of the vehicle prior to us leaving the dealership. They also gave me what I felt was an eminently fair trade price on our BMW. Peter Forbes, their F&I rep, was courteous and provided info that made it easy for my wife and I to make decisions on warranty, maintenance and MBNA financing. To top it all off, they bought us lunch at Okatie Ale House on the way out of HH. Our thanks to the staff of MB of HH. You made our buying experience a great one. We look forward to dealing with you again, whether it be for a new or used MB in the future. Your owners should be proud of the way you treat clients!!! More

He was extremely friendly and knowledgable answering our many questions about multiple models! He did not pressure us and told us to call him with any questions (even if we were at another dealership)! Nelson was great!
