I would love to give less then a star but I can't. Anyway: Worst experience ever. I had the pleasure to deal with several Mercedes-Benz dealerships in several countries and continents. I am a 1/2 year resident (alone single woman) this dealership offers me no loaner car and I was stranded on my commute down to my vacation home beside the road. I later got a flat tire and I have an e dealership offers me no loaner car and I was stranded on my commute down to my vacation home beside the road. I later got a flat tire and I have an engine (2020 model) loosing power. I was told to be stranded with no loaner and no guarantee of how long they would have my car. I guess owning a high end Mercedes and being stranded isn’t important unless you are a permanent resident. More
