I visited to have a tire puncture repaired while on vacation. Went to MB in order to assure a quality repair and expecting superior customer service. She did become VERY kind when we were leaving, explaining that she would appreciate me completing this survey and that only five stars was acceptable. I probably would not have done this survey if she wasn’t so insistent. However, I am going to do it honestly.
