My car was scheduled a few days prior to be serviced at 8:00am on the 26, it was after 4:30pm before I told the work was complete. In addition to that it was after 5:00pm by the time the shuttle got me to 8:00am on the 26, it was after 4:30pm before I told the work was complete. In addition to that it was after 5:00pm by the time the shuttle got me to the dealership. I would suggest improved communication between the service representatives and their customers. Just imagine I showed up with a parcel payment and expect to get my vehicle would that be appropriate. More

Service department is horrible is vehicle was returned with an engine warning light, and a 2 hour service took 7 hours. Third time with trouble with the service department. On November 18th, we had an appointment at Mercedes-Benz of Hilton Head to fix a recall. Unfortunately something unexpected occurred causing us to have to reschedule. Abigail Mitchell, even when busy, is al of Hilton Head to fix a recall. Unfortunately something unexpected occurred causing us to have to reschedule. Abigail Mitchell, even when busy, is always professional and helpful; made an inconvienent situation for us better. We live an hour away. She offered that the dealership have someone pickup our car, from our home, and return it after the service was completed. Her going above and beyond warrants her to be recognized by myself, the customer, and hopefully by her employer. James and Lottie Chaplin More
