Christine was awesome. She was spot on with my list and my vehicle was ready when promised. Although my initial appointment was not "on the books," she stepped up and covered the visit even though there w my vehicle was ready when promised. She had my list of items and acted as if my issues were her issues. I felt a level of certainty that she would properly see to my vehicle. She also had a great sense of humor (when appropriate). Everyone I encountered introduced themselves and were quite friendly and personable. I never felt lost throughout the process, which I cannot say that about the Mercedes Dealership where I bought the car. Which is why I chose to bring my C300 to you. Thank You! More
Overall Experience- Alex has been trying to help us get this car staighten out but, this is the seventh time this car has been in for underhood noise issues. Every time I contact Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown I always get fabulous customer service. My husband says that I like to be "pampered". I say, "Yes, I do" and that's what Mercedes Benz does. I feel like the service department is trustworthy and would not take advantage of me adding things to the service that really isn't necessary. They call and talk things over with me before doing the extra services. I appreciate that. More

I was able to comunicate with the dealership/service manager very quickly and effectively by email. This provided same day price quotes for my 2008 Mercedes E 350 4Matic for the 39,000 mile service, fl manager very quickly and effectively by email. This provided same day price quotes for my 2008 Mercedes E 350 4Matic for the 39,000 mile service, fluid and filter change for the transmission, and fluid change for the transfer case. The price quote was extremely competitive and saved us a substaintial amount of money. I was then able to also set up the appointment and arrange for a free loaner car (new C class Mercedes)by email, and the dealership was able to accomodate my busy schedule. When we arrived at the dealership for service, it was very cold, 20 F and 35 mile an hour winds. We were immediatly directed to drive both take care of our car and provide the loaner car. All went very smoothly including the required paperwork for our car and the loaner car. We recieved very friendly help in transfering our belongings to the loaner car which was clean and filled with gas. We were also greeted by the service manager who welcomed us as new customers to the dealership, and then he made sure that all was OK. Our car was ready the next day as promised. When we arrived, our car was delivered promtly to us, with a complimentry and excellant car wash. Our Service Advisor explained the bill and what had been done, and the Service Manager explained a few additional service details. He aslo explained the results of their free fitness inspection of our car which passed with flying colors. we paid our bill, which was less than the estimate, and were on our way. More

I thought that the attitude of the person that I dealt with was very flip and condescending. I had questions about the price and what needed to be done and was dealt with in an unfriendly manner. Warranty issue with CD changer. Unfortunately, the (2nd) replacement failed within days leading to speculation there may be an issue with the stereo system itself. This was my second visit to Hagerstown MB and just as during the first, I found all of the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. The explanation of the service needed was very clear and the price reas during the first, I found all of the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. More importantly, they completed the work in a very timely way and the results have been excellent - extremely important when you live 40 miles away. I continue to be impressed with this smaller, friendlier Mercedes dealership. I would definitely expect to buy a future vehicle from them and have recommended them to others. This kind of dealership organization is relatively rare today. More
