Since I live 250 miles away from the dealership, I handled the entire negotiation process online via email. Even though I never met him face-to-face until the day I picked up the car, he made me feel like a valued customer. After we discussed my desired vehicles, options, budget, he immediately got to work and presented me with multiple options. Not only was he prompt in getting the vehicle I had selected to the front of the building, but spent a considerable amount of time in go through all the features of the vehicle from how to use MBUX infotainment, cluster panel. While taking the vehicle for a test derive, he used this time to explain other features, such as drive modes, etc and after we returned to the dealership, he then explored how park assist work and then put in action.
