Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few key points. We did speak with you at length to review the diagnosis and the steps taken. You approved the estimate, which clearly outlined that the leaking strut would need to be replaced first before we could determine if further ABC system repairs—including calibration—would be necessary. This is standard procedure, especially with complex suspension systems like the one on your vehicle. Regarding the ABC pump, we did not withhold any information. As discussed, Mercedes-Benz no longer offers an OEM pump for your model year, which limits our ability to proceed with that specific repair in-house. We also clarified that we can perform pump replacements when a factory-approved part is available. We understand how frustrating it is to invest in a repair that doesn't fully resolve the issue, and we're sorry the result fell short of your expectations. That said, our recommendations were made in good faith and based on the process we clearly communicated upfront. We remain committed to transparency and quality service, and we welcome the chance to assist further if you'd like to revisit options.
