What a great experience purchasing a new GLE350 and trading in our old vehicle. I would certainly recommend her to anyone that wants to buy a new vehicle. The process was so easy and we did all of the communications via email and text. The only negative thing is that some of the desired options were not available due to supply chain issues but that's certainly not Bria's or the dealership's fault. The one thing that I would change when we came in to pick up the vehicle would be for someone to show us the vehicle's features while Bria's was busy taking care of all of the paperwork involved with the trade-in and financing instead of having us sit at her desk. That would have been a better use of our time. More
I am from Amarillo and had a slow leak needing repair and I was able to get my leak repaired immediately with the help of Adrian. While waiting I browsed the stock available merely to fill up time. Henry Flores and Zach Gilbert are wizards and sold me TWO vehicles off the lot. How does that happen? Absolutely no buyer’s remorse and knowing that they had made a reasonable profit (I had my excited wife with me which hurt my negotiating posture) I still walked away feeling good about the deal. Zach is a hands on manager who actually the first who approached me on the floor and got Henry to work his magic on me and my wife. Zach periodically checked on our progress. I also offered and bought Henry lunch for my wife was hungry and we all were working hard to get the two vehicles secured with a trade for our two vehicles. Not my usual experience at an unknown dealership. Not a hard sell and the service department did not sell me a new tire when a $26 patch was all that was needed. I am now preparing to drive home this Christmas Day with a new car and will return to gather up the other in 5 days. This was a pleasant experience. More
