Mercedes-Benz of Grapevine was a wonderful experience! I did not feel pressured while I was there both for the test drive and the next day when I bought my trade-in Jeep. My appointment was on a busy Saturday at 1 o’clock, I left the lot in my new vehicle at 2:30! It was quick and easy! Marco Lopez is the one who helped me, he was informative, kind, patient with any questions, not pushy whatsoever, and helpful! He made the entire process enjoyable!
