My experience with Park Place Motors was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had, hands down. I never felt that we were pushed to purchase a vehicle and/or options that we weren't interested in, and Philip was able to answer our questions and treated us in a respectful manner. I have always dreaded dealing with car dealers in the past, whether it was for sales or service. My fiancee and I went into the dealership to begin our search for a luxury car. We had narrowed it down to a few top brands and had been talking about the purchase for over a year. Phil meet us and gladly search for a luxury car. We had narrowed it down to a few top brands and had been talking about the purchase for over a year. Phil meet us and gladly accepted our notion of "just looking" and gathering information over the next six months. His knowledge was expansive and complete. We discussed the new models (2012), the current models, financing, and combinations of all three. At the end of the evening we went home with food for thought. The next evening (at 530pm on Saturday), my fiance and I came back to buy a ML350. Although at the end of the day (closing at 6pm) he stayed with us until way past closing to complete the deal, set up an appointment to get the car detailed the next week, and answered all of our questions. The perfect salesman, and I come from a long line of salesmen. We worked with his manager Ted and finance man Mike, plus a younger man who worked with Mike to speed up our transaction. Both of the Gentltmen I delt with were friendly and courteous and the they were well informed on the 2012 SLK'S equipment and specs. This was very helpful to me. My wife presently has a 2001 SLK and the 2012 SLK electronic systems are considerable more complicated than the 2001. They were very patient with me in answering my questions when I was at the dealership and when I made numerous "operation" inquiries by phone, after I got the car home.
