My wife and I received a direct mail advertisement on your used vehicles. We decided to take a look and Mani showed us everything on the lot that fit our description. Since we were just shopping, we did your used vehicles. We decided to take a look and Mani showed us everything on the lot that fit our description. Since we were just shopping, we did not purchase until a couple of weeks later. During that time, we were not hassled by anyone at the dealership. They allowed us to go through our process and make our decision. We called Mani back and he again showed us the inventory. Once we found a fit, we made a deal in literally ten minutes. The big surprise happened after we made the deal. As Mani showed us around the dealership, we were amazed at the service area and the way Park Place created such a great environment for their customers. The financial department had us in and out in less than an hour and did not try to oversell any product. Once our business was completed, Mani spent another hour with my wife going over the car and setting up her blue tooth system. The whole experience exceeded all of our expectations. Hats off to Park Place and Mani Yassan More

Chris was very helpful for our new purchase of Benz. He understood our needs (mainly budget issues) and tried his hardest to meet them. I felt very supported as if he was truely on my side. Debbie knew even the smallest detail of the cars we were considering. It was obvious she was enthusiastic about the product. Debbie worked tactfully and deligently to make the sale work for me when I was considering. It was obvious she was enthusiastic about the product. My husband and I had researched nice, used cars on line for the past few months. We thought that a BMW325i would suit our needs and give us the most value for the money. Unfortunately, we were not happy for the past few months. We thought that a BMW325i would suit our needs and give us the most value for the money. Unfortunately, we were not happy with our experience at a local BMW dealership so we decided to look at C300 Mercedes. Bassem Masri helped my husband and I pick out a C350. He was very knowledgeable about the specific features of the C300 and C350. He helped me convince my husband that the bigger engine and builtin navigation system in the C350 made it the better choice for us. Mike McAllister helped us with the financing and we happily took advantage of the 1.99% loan. Mike explained the details of the prepaid maintaince agreement Bassem had mentioned to us. We choose to buy both the prepaid maintaince agreement and the extended warranty. Our whole buying experience with Park Place Mercedes in Grapevine was positive. I would recommend Park Place Mercedes to all my friends. More

Visit started with Debbie in service. I wanted to know when my warrantee on my 08 CLK was running out. She printed off the information I needed and provided me with extended warranty package. I looked a when my warrantee on my 08 CLK was running out. She printed off the information I needed and provided me with extended warranty package. I looked at the pricing for the extension and asked her about who in Pre-owned sales she would recommend. (She knows me very well and the type of personality I have). She recommended Robert and actually went out of her way to find him and introduce me to him, even though she was off the clock and was actually heading home when I engaged her. I told him situation and that I was just exploring options, and could he give me an idea of what he could put me in the price range I was comfortable at and in a car that fit my criteria. He told me the dealership had just taken a car in off of a lease and that it was tricked out, (one of my criteria). He pulled the car out of detailing showed it to me, we drove it and of course it was just what I wanted, but was it in my comfort zone; price wise? He worked the numbers, gave me a very fair deal on my trade, got me a very low percentage loan and was about 5 dollars a month more than where I wanted to be. He took the paperwork came back and had shaved $5.00 or $6.00 off the monthly payment I would have to be making, if I brought the car. At NO TIME did I ever feel pressured or trapped. He was awesome and it was very apparent that our exchange was all about me and me being please and it was not about him making a sale or quota. I can honestly say that I don't think I would have purchased a car that day, if it were not for Robert. Moving on to John in Finance. At the time I met John I was getting very frustrated because Finance was back-up and I had to wait. Of course when I met him he took the brunt of my frustration. He was gracious and apologized and we started the closing process. Again a great guy. Very personable and within minutes I was back in control and had forgotten about my frustration. He executed the paperwork, gave me some options to consider purchasing, I told me "not interested" and when I got to the 2 year extended warranty option and I said "not interested" he talked to me almost like a friend and suggested I reconsider. I still told him no, not because of his logic, but because of price. Well he then did something I didn’t expect and lowered the price on the extended warrantee option (I hope he doesn’t get fired for doing this). He knew he had kept me beyond my comfort zone and made an appointment to see me on the next business day to purchase the warrantee at the price he told me. When I when showed up at my appointed time, he was there and focused only on me. He is really a super guy and again I left with the impression that this dealership is first class and they have the customer in mind and selling cars is secondary. Debbie by the way has been my service rep on my prior Mercedes and will be my rep on the new (preowned) car I just purchased. I do not have words to explain what a wonderful experience I had (yes even given the extended wait time in Finance). I am not a real easy guy to please, and I'm very critical of customer service; your team, at least the folks I worked with, hit the ball out of the park. More
I have been a customer of Park Place for many years. My experience with the entire sales force, finance officers, and management has always been more than I have ever received at any other dealership. The experience with the entire sales force, finance officers, and management has always been more than I have ever received at any other dealership. They are always prompt, friendly and very easy to work with. Any time that I have a question or concern, they are quick to resolve any issue that might come up. Over the past several years with the people at Park Place, I have had the opportunity to develop what I consider friendships with the staff. I would highly recommend Park Place to anyone considering a Mercedes purchase. More
There are quite a few grievances I have had with my overall experience at your dealership. Below I list some of my main complaints: First, on the day that my husband and I signed our lease contract, overall experience at your dealership. Below I list some of my main complaints: First, on the day that my husband and I signed our lease contract, we were told that our desired model was not available and thus we returned home with no car. However, I now recall that Phil claimed we were required to start making payments for the seven days we were without our car. While we willingly complied, I am now uncertain as to whether this is generally required of all leasing customers. Second, when my husband and I showed up for our appointment a week later to pick up our car (which we were promised would be available by then), the dealership presented us with the wrong car and we were therefore forced to loan that car until our car would finally be ready. Then, when we went back to the dealership for a third time another week later, we found out that the dealership had charged us more than we were supposed to pay based on the invoice. Phil initially denied that there had been any mistake and only changed the numbers when I pulled out the invoice to show him the discrepancies between the numbers there and those on the contract. We then had to wait at the dealership for at least another three hours until a new contract was drawn up and prepared for us to sign again. Third, when we finally drove our new car home, we discovered that at certain angles under the sunlight, there was a layer of paint that was visible and covered the entire exterior of the car. We drove our car back to the dealership only to be questioned by Phil and your maintenance staff about where we had driven or parked our car recently. I was and am quite angered at this line of questioning and implied suspicion that we had somehow caused some sort of paint to coat our car and were then deliberately taking advantage of the dealership's services. First, it is completely impossible that we or some building's paint could have coated our car because the layer of paint on the car was of uniform layer all over the exterior (something that could not have been caused by human or natural forces after we had taken possession of the car). Second, my husband and I have very routine places we drive to every week and we've never had an issue of paint somehow falling on our other car. Finally, to my dismay, after finally driving the car back again this time, I have discovered that spots of the layer of paint are still visible on my car, demonstrating to me that your maintenance staff did a careless job in cleaning it off. However, I have seriously been fed up by the numerous mishaps that have occurred and the numerous trips I have had to make to the dealership and thus do not wish to return to get the paint completely cleaned off anymore. I have been polite and courteous throughout, but I don't think I was returned the favor. Lastly, every reminder email I have received from Phil has only listed my husband's name in the greetings section. My name is completely disregarded throughout the message though the email address is wencliu57@gmail.com and my husband (James) and I had clearly indicated that I was to receive all emails. I just believe this to be quite disrespectful. I do not believe I will recommend this dealership to friends and family and will not return myself. More
