I would highly recommend Park Place Mercedes Grapevine and specifically our salesperson Mani Yassan. Mani listened to what we were looking for and what our budget was and when something came in that fit, and specifically our salesperson Mani Yassan. Don was a true professional and handled everything in a professional manner, from greeting me, to working with me, to placing a follow up call to me which, by the way, got me to return to the dealership, t professional manner, from greeting me, to working with me, to placing a follow up call to me which, by the way, got me to return to the dealership, to arranging for the car to be prepped and reviewing all of the features of the car with me. I walked in and felt like I was at home. I went to 6 different dealerships before this one and each dealership was the same; everybody was "overly friendly" and pressured me into buying a car...especial different dealerships before this one and each dealership was the same; everybody was "overly friendly" and pressured me into buying a car...especially a car that I didn't want because they wanted me to buy a new car...I didn't want a new car. At the other dealerships, when it was time to talk numbers...they played games with me. I would ask them to lower the price competitively and they would...but would lower the price of my trade in and add different fees to increase the price all around. I don’t like people playing games with me. When i went into Park Place I was expecting the same treatment. I walked in with other dealerships prices and quotes ready to fight. To my surprise, when I was ready to talk numbers I was told, "Okay, this car is selling for "this price"; however I’m willing to sell it $1,000 less". I was shocked! I didn't have to haggle. I didn't expect for them to lower the price at all nor was I expecting them to because it was used and price matching online...all other cars were selling for slightly more than this one, so I was ready to sign as it, but they automatically lowered the price. When it was time for my trade in, they offered me $9,000 (a very reasonable price per KBB). When I was just about to sign, I was told to hang on. Joey came back and said; "okay, well I haggled for you and got an additional $500 for your trade in"...this is without even asking because I was already happy with the trade in price. I was amazed! I was also concerned at the time because when the other dealerships came back with "lower prices" they played with the numbers and made the cost more. I looked over the numbers and all was CORRECT!!! I am very happy with this dealership and I will be buying from them again when i have the chance. Everybody was super nice, friendly and not pressuring you into buying a car, buying extra services and additional items you wouldn't normally buy. I did purchase tint and that was at a great price to. More

We saw the add for a 2004 Mustang on autotrader. Although we would not be a typical customer for Park Place, we thought we'd check it out. We dropped off the GLK in Grapevine for service and were met by Michael in the service drive who promptly arranged for Charles to drive us to the airport to catch our flight. Charles was extremely personable and knew his way around the crazy construction zone to get us to the airport in less than 10 minutes. When we arrived back at DFW, Denise Lewis picked us up at the airport and greeted us so warmly. Our car was waiting on the service drive upon arrival and again Michael was there to transfer luggage and get us on the road. The car was serviced, washed and in perfect order just as Park Place promises. It was a great experience and one I would highly recommend to any Park Place client. More
