I am the original owner of a pristine 1995 S320. Although this amazing automobile only has 30,000 miles the lack of use has required me to address some service issues like oil leaks, suspension no Although this amazing automobile only has 30,000 miles the lack of use has required me to address some service issues like oil leaks, suspension noises and other issues. I hadn't visited with Mercedes-Benz of Goldens Bridge in quite some time so I didn't have any contacts in the service dept. However, when I called to set up a service app't I was fortunate to reach Bill Thompson the Service Advisor who along with the experienced mechanic Dean assured me that they could resolve all the issues. They provided me a loner and I so my prized 1995 S320 was in their capable hands. These people were simply outstanding in every way. The bottom line is when I drove home with my freshly serviced S320 I felt like I was driving a brand new vehicle and for that, I have to thank Bill, Dean and Mercedes-Benz of Goldens Bridge. My next vehicle purchase (wife's car) will be with them. They have earned our business! Thank you guys! More

Bill Thompson Service Department is as good as it gets I bought a CPO C class from this dealership exactly a year ago. I have had the car serviced here twice and recently I had a check engine light come on. It's amazing when I call my service advisor Bill Thompson he already seems to know the problem. What I also love about Bill is that he is empathetic to the customer. He understands my perspective without any explanation and explains the situation so I can comprehend. It is unfortunate that my car had a few minor things that had to get addressed but having a service advisor like Bill actually made me almost forget about the problems. More

My husband called MB of GB and spoke to a service representative who quoted the cost and said to call before bringing the car in. He told the rep that the car is not registered but insured. I made the call and spoke to Bill in service to let him know the car was coming in. He said he never heard of a fuel injector module and refused to work on the car being it was not registered. My husband arrived and was told the same thing. I'm glad to hear their service is equally rude to men, I had suspicions of being treated like a woman who knows nothing. End of the story, the car is on its way to Another dealership where the car was purchased. Goldens Bridge would've been easier as it is closer. It's too bad, I purchase cars based on the service department. Not sales. More

It is easy to drive in and park with or without an appointment. Spencer is there to greet you and take your keys. Once inside, John Chipman is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, and if he is not in, Dave, the service advisor that sits behind John, is happy to pinch hit for him, even though he knows I am John's customer. If there is any hard to describe issue, John will ask Rudy, who is an outstanding technician, to take a ride with me to experience the issue first hand. The car is always returned to me clean and ready to enjoy, and Jim the Service Manager will very often make it a point to stop to ask me if everything was done to my satisfaction-and answer is always the same: YES! I never feel rushed or that I am being a burden, and I honestly don't think I could be better treated if I were family or the owner of the place. More
Super Service with a smile and a great cup of coffee Met by David Chin as I came into the service center to resolve some issues with our Mercedes. I was getting my car picked up so it could be serviced from Estate Motors, as they were driving it out of my driveway they crashed my car.
