Quality CPO I was searching CPO Mercedes-Benz. Jack was my advisor/salesmen. I got there about a half hour before they close and everyone looked like they were re I was searching CPO Mercedes-Benz. Jack was my advisor/salesmen. I got there about a half hour before they close and everyone looked like they were ready to leave. He was very nice and took the time to show me exactly what I was looking for. I have been to other Mercedes dealerships and I felt like they were trying to put me in the vehicle they wanted instead of listening to me. All of the CPO cars on their lot looked like they were ready to be driven off the lot same day, however they really to another through inspection before you take delivery. I ended up getting a 2014 GL450 and it was in beautiful shape. Everyone thinks it is new! Jack is a true professional and made purchasing a Mercedes from Estate Motors an enjoyable experience and I will be back. More

I would only wish everyone in this world could have Dan as a salesman because he TRULY does not fit that stereotypical label of a cars salesman he genuinely cares about you being satisfied with your purchase and doesn't care for your money. Good but not GREAT Although I did not have the "Best or Nothing" experience throughout the car buying process with Estate Motors, I am grateful for Kelly Anderson who w Although I did not have the "Best or Nothing" experience throughout the car buying process with Estate Motors, I am grateful for Kelly Anderson who went above and beyond her duties, to ensure I was properly compensated for 1 damaged accessory and 1 missing piece of standard equipment. Being that this particular vehicle was in their possession for over 90 days, all issues with the vehicle should have been identified and corrected, long before I even came around to buy it. When purchasing a Certified Pre-owned Mercedes Benz, customers should have piece of mind, knowing that all "i's" & "t's" have been dotted and crossed prior to. I am sure however that this is not a regular occurence for this dealership, but still do your due diligence as I did. At the end of the day, no one will have your best interest in mind more than YOU! More
