Adria was willing to conduct the transaction via e-mail and responded to my inquiries very quickly. The entire transaction took a week from my initial inquiry to delivery. Adria also took the time needed to walk me through the features of the vehicle and I'm delighted with my new SUV!! This made a good impression on me because I'm a woman and had been to other dealers and had been ignored. Then I met Layne who immediately connected with me. He was so enthusiastic and knowledgable about the car I wanted to test drive., it made me feel confident and comfortable about my choice. By the end of the test drive I was ready to buy. This has never happened before! But because of Layne's experience and love of driving cars, he was a strong reference for me. I trusted him. I don't know if this is part of their service or not but there was always someone holding the door open for me when I walked in, including the guy vacuuming when I had to work late and couldn't get there til after work hours. My car was delayed at the factory and I had sold my car so didn't have a car. No problem, I called Layne who arranged for a loaner. I think I had that loaner for 4 weeks! Layne and his manager were incredibly kind. I know they went out of there way on the loaner for which I'm grateful. Many times I called Layne and he was always there for me.
