Unprofessional I recently leased a car with Estate Motors. All was fine until I went to pick up the car. When I arrived to sign all of the paperwork, the deal was I recently leased a car with Estate Motors. All was fine until I went to pick up the car. When I arrived to sign all of the paperwork, the deal was not what was previously agreed to. There was a higher downpayment and a higher monthly payment expected. After going back and forth for over 30 minutes, they finally agreed to give me the deal I was promised. In the following weeks, I received several messages from Layne demanding that I answer the survey and give him all 10's. Because of the "confusion" surrounding the deal, I couldn't do so. Instead, he got a 971 rating. Rather than be grateful, he sent me nasty text messages saying he lost his bonus because of me. When I explained why I couldn't give him all 10's, he continued to send me nasty messages. It's surprising that Mercedes (and Estate) employs such unprofessional and classless salespeople. More

Dishonest Salemanship I am writing this message in such disbelief of the level of service I received at Estate Motors in Goldens Bridge, NY. The lack of integrity for the brand and dishonest salesmanship has driven all of my clients and family away from this dealership. It was until I proceeded to schedule my “free maintenance” that the Sales Advisor Layne had sold me during my purchase of my S550. Layne clearly advised me that all maintenance would be free fewer than 50k miles and when scheduling my Service C at 48k the Service Advisor had informed me otherwise. Well the service is not free and I was clearly misled during my purchase. It is so unfortunate that these sales tactics are being used to close sales in my local Mercedes Benz dealership in Goldens Bridge, NY. The product sells itself however the honest and professional relationships that are built during the sales process, makes a customer for life. Well a customer has been lost and buyers beware. A friend of mine recommended that I travel the 28 miles to Estate because as she put it the enitre experience (as well as the future service) would be positive. She certainly was correct --- from online chat with Kevin Hebert, who provided me with information regarding the two vehicles that I found on the Estate website --- to Layne Sohun, my Sales Rep. who knew the vehicles and provided me with accurate information without the often seen Car Dealership high-pressure to Anthony Anzalone the Business Manager to explained varous extended maintenance options and, although it was a cash sale, prepared what seemed to be reams of paperwork. We started looking for a car for my wife back in May even after another dealer feel through my salesman did everything possible to locate the car actually being built due to arrive here in the states the 18th of August. I had a birthday party scheduled for my wife on Saturday the 30th of August and the new CLA250 was her present. The trucking company ran behind and didn't get the car to the dealership until that sat afternoon the dealership kicked it in high gear and got the ready for delivery. As promised Layne our salesman picked up the car in NY at the dealership and delivered the car 2 hrs away in MA to the restaurant where my wife's party was at 8pm and delivered the car to her. Making her happy was all I cared about and with the extraordinary determination, professionalism, and Layne's get it done attitude they pulled it off and made my wife very happy and I can not thank everyone at Estate Motors especially Layne , Anthony and Bob for helping me make my wife smile.....All of you made buying a Mercedes a awesome experience and I would highly recommend you all to everyone I can interested in dealing with true professionals in their field !! I worked with Justin and he was very knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. I felt like I was visiting an old friend and buying something special. After I made my decision on which car I wanted they even sent a driver to my home to pick me up when the car was ready. Wow, talk about customer service. Justin took his time and went over the car and explained everything and told me if there was something I was having trouble with he would walk me through it over the phone or come to my home and show me personally. I have purchased other Mercedes from other dealers and was happy but never experienced anything like this. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. Thank you guys! More
