Service Department is horrible. We had Kim as our adviser and as other posts have noted, she was less than competent. There were multiple requests for an update and they were not returned. This is now our fourth attempt for service at this dealership and the same problem. The service is scheduled ahead of time for a certain day. We take the vehicle in the day before. It is now late afternoon, the day before a holiday weekend, and we cannot get an answer. Finally after three calls we were advised they were running behind and they would call us back. After four attempts, this will be our last service at this dealership. We will be better off traveling further and going to Chandler or Scottsdale. Hopefully those service departments are responsive to their customers. More
It’s been almost two weeks and I’m still waiting on a back ordered battery. My car is still under warranty (2018) and I’m told they have no batteries to replace mine. I can’t drive my car, they have said they can’t give me an estimate on when it will come in or whether or not my car is even drivable. When my husband said we have had better service at Kia, they stopped responding to us. No offers for a dealer car or any options other than waiting until they get around to it. Please go anywhere else. I thought getting a Mercedes would make repairs easier and that I would be treated well. I have had several other cars and all of those dealerships provide better customer service and repairs. Run away from this dealer. Go to chandler or better yet buy a car that doesn’t require weeks of not driving it due to a lack of a battery. More

I had a great experience with Dan Shahid from the service dept. Brought my car in today with no appointment scheduled because my battery light came on. Explained that I had a chemotherapy appointment in less dept. Brought my car in today with no appointment scheduled because my battery light came on. Explained that I had a chemotherapy appointment in less then 2 hours and was hoping they could squeeze me me. My car was done ahead of schedule while I waited. Made it to my appointment on time. Thank you Dan for your kindness and professionalism. I'm truly grateful! More

Dan ensured that everything that was to be done to my car during its visit was laid out prior to me leaving the car, he followed up with my promptly during the period the service was being performed, and he had the car washed and wiped down prior to my arrival...he even found it a spot in the shade at 2pm in the afternoon. If you need your MB serviced, do not hesitate to reach out to either Al or Dan, both will treat you fairly and will ensure you have an efficient service visit. More

Great first impression I pulled up to the service area and both guys outside had smiles on their face. One quickly said he would be right back and returned in less than a mi I pulled up to the service area and both guys outside had smiles on their face. One quickly said he would be right back and returned in less than a minute. Almost simultaneously Dylan was already on his way to greet me. Dylan was nice and knowledgeable. Immediately he showed me something new about my car I couldn't figure out so not to be worried about the next service or missing it. The service itself took longer than expected but when you return to a nicely cleaned car it makes it all better. Thanks! I'm a happy customer! More

Service Review I have been to many Mercedes Dealerships. My experience at Mercedes of Gilbert was better than any of the others. My dealings with Dylan Eavenson wa I have been to many Mercedes Dealerships. My experience at Mercedes of Gilbert was better than any of the others. My dealings with Dylan Eavenson was 2nd to none. As long as my wife and I have a Mercedes we will be dealing with Dylan and Mercedes of Gilbert. More
