Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert responded

Mr. King brought his 2007 Mercedes-Benz to our dealership to have service work performed. Unfortunately Mr. King’s vehicle was stolen from the back of the dealership. The police and Mr. King’s insurance company were notified, and the dealership fully cooperated with their investigations. The dealership did not steal or have any involvement in the theft, as Mr. King has suggested. This is the first and only customer vehicle that has been stolen from our dealership. Although we sympathize with Mr. King’s frustration over this situation, the dealership is not responsible for the criminal misconduct perpetrated by others.
