Impressed to pure disappointment After purchasing our first brand new vehicle last year from Mercedes Gilbert we were sure we wanted to purchase there again due to the fantastic custo After purchasing our first brand new vehicle last year from Mercedes Gilbert we were sure we wanted to purchase there again due to the fantastic customer service with our Sales rep. (Who no longer works there) and Ed who was phenomenal. Fast forward to the this week - my husband and I went in to look at a new vehicle on my birthday, and we both really liked 2 new vehicles and were both ready to buy. We were dealing with Matt Scott who seemed less than motivated and although knowing we were ready to buy has not responded to any of our calls or texts with questions since leaving the dealer, in addition, he had little knowledge of the vehicles we're interested in. To top off our poor visit and buying experience the dealer quoted our trade at 7k under the KBB trade in value after they made us drive it back to them for a third visit. Completely disappointed and the sour turn this dealer has taken. More
