It's amazing how some things don't change. If I could give minus stars I would. I have just had the most regrettable experience at any car dealership I have ever had at Mercedes-Benz of George If I could give minus stars I would. I have just had the most regrettable experience at any car dealership I have ever had at Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown, TX. On February 13, 2023 I took my car into the service department at this dealership because the outer fuel flap on my C-300 had broken off. My service advisor, Irlanne Pollard, took me through an ordeal that lasted 42 days for this issue to be resolved. After the initial fuel flap bracket was replaced on February 13, the outer fuel flap was supposed to have been sent out to a body shop to be painted to match the vehicle. The short story is that Irlanne told me 3 different times that the fuel flap was still in the service department, but it was being sent out for painting. She would lie several times during this time frame about the status, and on one occasion left me a voicemail that there would be no additional charges. However, on March 27th, 42 days after I initially took my vehicle in to correct this issue, she called me to let me know they finally had the replacement part back and ready for installation. Guess what, her final lie, where she said there would be no additional charges, was once again a falsehood, as she charged me anyway and had a security guard stand in front of my vehicle so I could not leave the service department area. What makes this service department what it is, and what it stands for, is management. Since this dealership is independently owned, they can set their own standards, regardless of how low they are. Neither the Service Director, Dan Warren, or the General Manager, Rhonda Zanka take any interest in issues like this. Their philosophy is ignore, ignore, ignore, and the complaint will go away. It's sad that in Georgetown, TX, the MB senior staff do not value customer service to be important enough to make the necessary changes that will make this an elite dealership. In response to my complaint, Dan Warren completely disregards the issues, but rather states that he and the General Manager Rhonda Zanka, who completely insulates herself from any customer communication, are committed to customer satisfaction. What a lack of integrity by these people. More
Ridiculous 1K oil change! I went to this location for routine service (oil change and alignment). Price quoted from their service department in advance was incorrect once I arrived for my appointment. Also time required to do service (1.5-2 hours) was also incorrect as I was told 3.5-4 once I arrived. incorrect once I arrived for my appointment. I drive out there and the dealership is an absolute mess due to their remodeling; They really should have temporarily shut down or set up someone else because there is no one where to park and the lot is an absolute mess. Despite calling ahead, my parts were not pulled and ready for my pick up AND, more importantly, I couldn't get anyone to help me at all. I stood there for 20 minutes without as much as an acknowledgement; Understandable if they were working with customers but these guys were shooting the breeze & gossiping with each other. When I told a salesman on my way out that I was angry with the lack of customer service, he shrugged it off but it prompted no other response from him. Thank you for showing me who you really are Mercedes of Georgetown, I know where I won't be spending even a penny of my money. More
