I have been taking our Sprinter chassis RV to the team at Mercedes-Benz in Georgetown, TX ever since my purchase. The team there is always responsive and excellent at keeping you abreast of what is going on Mercedes-Benz in Georgetown, TX ever since my purchase. Ryan Carter went above and beyond to make sure they could diagnose a particular issue and even transported our RV to a coach service company to finish the service (coach issue vs chassis issue) while we were out of town instead of just saying "we don't service this part of your RV" which I have experienced with other dealers. Well, I contacted Adam in hopes of forming a relationship with someone in the service department, like we have with Robert in the wholesale parts department. We have a small Mercedes repair shop in north Aus with someone in the service department, like we have with Robert in the wholesale parts department. We have a small Mercedes repair shop in north Austin, and we need someone we can work with to assist with clients cars that need work that can only be done at the dealership. We were looking for one point of contact to work with. What I got in response was an email from the GM thanking me for considering my next purchase at the Georgetown dealership. So I don't think Adam truly read my email, nor understood what it was i was looking for. That was a bummer. We love Robert though, and will continue to do business with him as he has always been so helpful to our shop. More
