Service to my SUV CDI 320 Have being taken care of my MB CDI 320 (the 16TH MB vehicle that I have owned) since we moved to Lady Lake, Florida from Miami four years ago. Having owned MB vehicles since 1980 and being service them at MB dealerships in San Juan, Puerto Rico and Miami, Florida, my current service advisor, Michael Potteiger, has being the best of all MB service advisors that we have dealt with. We have always id these past years being treated at MB of Gainesville like "Royalty", and all our required work have been done in time and to perfection. More

My Mercdedes SLK was in the Gaines My Review of Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville anthonylaw 8/21/2016 Reason For Visit Service "RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!" My Mercdedes SLK was in the Gainesville dealership for repairs from damage caused from striking an object in the roadway. The repairs required that the entire dashboard be removed from the car, in the process the technicians destroyed the glove box but put the vehicle back together anyway and did not mention anything about this to us. After we had the vehicle back several weeks we noticed the damage that was done, we immediately contacted the dealership about the problem along with another issue we were having that was not related to the damage. Mercedes picked up the vehicle and took it to the shop, once the dealer looked at the car the service advisor called me and stated that the damage to the glove box was not covered and that they had seen similar issues with other vehicles, this was done while they attempted to get the dash out of the vehicle, it looked as if someone took a pry-bar and bent a the frame of the box along with the glove box door. The adviser stated the cost of the box was $800, I told him the damaged was caused by them but he would not admit it. Instead he said he would work on getting the cost down for us which he eventually did, however he wanted us to pay the labor, $165.00, reluctantly I agreed but reminded him that they caused the damage but I agreed to his terms just to get the item repaired. Not only has Mercedes of Gainesville lost a customer it is very possible that we may never guy another Mercedes from anyone. More

Annual Service I scheduled the annual service with MB of Gainesville. The process was easy, the service prompt and the work was done on time. Ed recommended 2 addit I scheduled the annual service with MB of Gainesville. The process was easy, the service prompt and the work was done on time. Ed recommended 2 additional service items which made sense both adding to the time required but they still completed the work earlier than expected. The car was washed and vacuumed and ready to go when I came to pick it up. The loaner car made it possible for me to complete several errands. This was the second service on my new E350 delivered by MB of Gainesville. I am very pleased with the service and support. More
Damage to my CLA250 I took my new CLA250 in for its first free car wash and the paint was damaged on the driver's rear bumper when it was finished. I called Scott in service to let him know and he got it repaired at no cost to me. he even made sure I has a loaner car to drive while it was being fixed! Thanks, Scott! You are the best!
